Description

Pobail Stomp is proud to present Swing Go Tapaidh! It is a faster floor, intended for rarer styles of swing dancing and those looking for a challenge. It starts with a class and ends with a social: do note that registrations for the class are handled online!

If you would like to attend just the social dance, you can pay in cash on the day.

The two-hour Balboa class will focus on the basics of movement, covering the uphold basic, downhold basic, come around and lolly kicks. Depending on the pace of the class, there is additional material prepared for other common social dancing movement.

We have a code of conduct available at our sign-in desk, which is currently available in English, Italian & Spanish. Please contact any of the volunteers if you’re unsure about any details or have been made uncomfortable by someone.
