New dancers are welcome to join us at advertised starting points throughout the year, where we begin teaching from scratch. Existing dancers are welcome to join us on a drop-in basis. We'd love to dance with you!

- Lindy Hop Fundamentals

Fundamentals is our structured foundation course. It runs in four week blocks that repeat throughout the year and is designed for all dancers; beginners or any dancers who want to really focus on improving their essential skills. In Fundamentals we cover the core principles of swing dancing; rhythm, musicality, connection, leading and following, and simple social dance skills. These will be revisited and reprised to allow you to consolidate your core skills.
