Fire Station Swing brings you fun, friendly swing dance classes in the heart of Oxford. Classes every Thursday from 29th September - 1st December. Book the whole term in advance to save £20 compared to the individual class price.

Description

Learn to Lindy Hop! This energetic partner dance originated in African-American communities at the height of the Swing Era in the 20s, 30s, and 40s and is still a global phenomenon today.

Oxford Lindy Hoppers teach fun, friendly drop-in classes. No previous dance experience is required for beginners, and no need to bring a partner for any of our classes!

The venue opens at 19:30, with classes for:

  1. Beginners: 20:30 - 21:30 - The Loft
  2. Improvers: 19:30 - 20:30 - The Loft
  3. Intermediates: 20:30 - 21:30 - The Studio

Social dancing (all levels): 21:30 - 22:30 - The Loft
